Feather Touch Brow Tattoo

Caring for your new feather touch tattoo is so important as it accounts for 50 percent of the overall healed result. Your cosmetic tattoo specialist will provide you with a home care kit which contains

iBoutique professional tweezers
5 x sterile saline wipes
1 x healing balm
1 x brow shield
cotton tips

Day of treatment

Use 3 blue sterile saline cleansing wipes gently over brows. Wash and dry hands and remove wipe from packaging. Press brow gently 3 times and swipe once in the direction of your hair growth (not against as this can be painful and too rough) turn wipe over and repeat on the other brow. Do this 1 hour after tattoo, then two hours post treatment, then before bed.

* slight tingling or stinging can occur as the wipes are a salty solution

Day Two after tattoo

Use the remaining 2 x sterile saline cleansing wipes morning and night (just prior to bed)

* note – No wiping is required after all 5 of the saline wipes are finished. The skin has now closed over and will start to dry out.

After your last saline wipe before bed apply a small pearl sized amount of healing balm provided with a cotton tip. Try to swipe over the brows once to avoid disturbing or scratching the strokes.

* it may feel like the balm isn’t penetrating and you may want to rub it in but it will warm with your body’s natural temperature and melt into the skin throughout the evening.

BB Glow Skin Treatment

Prior to the Treatment

Before getting a BB Glow treatment, patients should avoid any other skin treatments like chemical peels or laser procedures for at least two weeks. They should also refrain from using any retinol-based products or undergoing aggressive exfoliation in the week leading up to the treatment. It is essential to have a consultation with our qualified Cosmetic Nurse to assess skin type and determine if the patient is a suitable candidate for the procedure.

On the Day of Treatment

On the day of the BB Glow treatment, the patient’s skin will be thoroughly cleansed to remove any makeup, dirt, or oil. The BB cream, matched to the patient’s skin tone, is then gently and evenly applied, allowing the skin to absorb the beneficial ingredients.

After the Treatment

After the BB Glow treatment, patients may experience mild redness and sensitivity, similar to a sunburn, which typically subsides within a day or two. It is essential to avoid direct sunlight, tanning beds, and saunas for at least 48 hours after the treatment. Patients should also refrain from using any harsh skincare products, such as retinoids or acids, for at least one week.

Vampire Facial Skin Treatment

Prior to the Treatment

Consultation: Schedule a consultation with a qualified cosmetic professional to discuss your specific skin concerns and determine if the vampire facial is suitable for you.

Avoid Blood Thinners: Refrain from taking blood-thinning medications or supplements for a few days before the treatment, as they may increase the risk of bruising.

On the Day of Treatment

Preparation: Your cosmetic practitioner will explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have. They will also cleanse your face to prepare for the treatment.

Blood Collection: A small amount of your blood will be drawn and processed in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma from other blood components.

Topical Anesthesia: A numbing cream may be applied to minimize discomfort during the procedure.

PRP Application: The extracted PRP will be carefully applied to the target areas of your face using micro-needling or injection techniques.

After the Treatment

Recovery Period: You may experience redness, mild swelling, or slight bruising, but these effects usually subside within a few days.

Skincare: Follow any post-treatment skincare instructions provided by your practitioner to optimize results and promote healing.

Sun Protection: Protect your skin from direct sun exposure and use sunscreen to shield the treated areas.

Follow-up: Depending on your individual needs, your cosmetic professional will recommend follow-up treatments to maintain the results.

PDO MONO THREADS

Prior to the Treatment

Before the PDO Mono Threads treatment, it’s essential to schedule a consultation with a qualified cosmetic practitioner. During this session, the practitioner will assess your skin, medical history, and discuss your treatment goals. They will explain the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. Make sure to disclose any medications, allergies, or previous cosmetic treatments.

 On the Treatment Day

On the day of the procedure, the practitioner will first cleanse and mark the treatment area. A local anesthetic might be applied to minimize discomfort during the procedure. Then, the PDO threads will be gently inserted under the skin using a fine needle or cannula. The procedure typically takes around 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the treated area.

After the Treatment

After the PDO Mono Threads treatment, some mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the insertion points may occur, but these usually subside within a few days. You can resume most of your daily activities immediately after the treatment, but avoid vigorous exercise and facial massages for a week.
