COVID-19 Safe Update

New health and safety measures


All team members have completed the Australian Government’s COVID 19 Infection Control Training. You will continue to see us maintain and meet the new health, safety and hygiene standards by:

  • Implementing thermo-temperature check for clients upon arrival. We hold the right to refuse entry to persons who exceed the safe temperatures range, unwell or present with cold or flu-like symptoms.
  • Following safe distancing of 1.5 metres.
  • Providing hand sanitiser to clients in waiting area and in treatment rooms.
  • Following a strict hand washing protocol and using anti-bacterial liquid.
  • Wearing new gloves and face masks where appropriate.
  • Using medical-grade disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces and equipment between every client and throughout the day
  • Every clients eyebrows will be disinfected with and alcohol wipe before the numbing cream application.
  • Throughout your appointment we will need to keep talking to a minimum after your consultation and there will be no use of mobile devices during the procedure
  • Walk-ins will he politely refused access and persons wanting to book in or enquire must call or e-mail.
  • We encourage you to use contactless payments. Eftpos, bank transfer, Zippay and Afterpay is available.
  • Deliveries will be left outside the clinic to minimise foot/handling traffic.

Is the clinic practicing safe social distancing?


Yes. We ensure social distancing by floor markings to help maintain a 1.5 metre distance in the clinic. Appointments will commence and conclude at allocated times as there will be a 10 person limit throughout our clinics two story entirety. Your specialist will be wearing protective equipment including a face mask and gloves and practising safe distancing wherever possible. Your specialist will remain in their room until you are numb and ready to begin the appointment and will stay in the room when your treatment is completed.

How can I help maintain iBoutique COVID-19 SAFE plan?


For cosmetic tattooing please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment for numbing as all treatments must begin at confirmed and booked start time. Failure to arrive 30 minutes prior may result in the appointment being cancelled and loss of $150 deposit. This must be enacted to provide adequate COVID cleaning times before and after each client.

We ask all cosmetic tattooing clients to not wear any makeup on their foreheads, brows and eyelids. All fringes and hair must be off the face and pinned back if necessary

We are not allowing any plus one’s at any appointment, this includes- children, friends, family or pets.

Please provide accurate and up to date contact for your client forms.

All clients must arrive with a mask on or will be asked to wear one during treatment.

Please reschedule your appointment and stay home if you are unwell or show any symptoms or signs of illness

If you must use your mobile device please take all phone calls outside of the clinic.

Extra


There will no refreshments or mints provided. Please supply your own water bottle and eat prior to the appointment.

We do not supply blankets so if you tend to get cold, please wear adequate clothing and socks. All of our protective bedding is disposable.

There will be no magazines or books provided. We will be streaming movies on our TV in the allocated waiting room.
